The challenge
In cooperation with Fred & Williams we bring delicatessen into the digital world and make the brand experienceable online. Our task was to translate the existing brand and its selected premium products into a suitable visual language and create a shopping experience "like in a delicatessen".
Our solution
The focus of the project was on usability and compatibility with all systems and devices. Furthermore, the implementation of first SEO measures, as well as the setup of tracking & analytics for later marketing were at the top of the priority list. The content and visual goals were developed in joint workshops and in partnership with Fred & Williams. In the further course of the project, we additionally implemented selected apps and individual extensions of sections and the shopping cart.

Our concept for Fred & William's includes a holistic performance marketing strategy across various channels, with a focus on Google Ads and brand campaigns in social media. Events such as Black Week, Christmas and New Year's Eve play a central role in the food industry. By aligning the remarketing campaigns to specific target groups and focusing on special events and emotional appeals, the right leverage could be identified and performance increased.
